Question about Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-36FS210 36" TV
Sounds like a loose contact. Check all the solder terminals at the horizontal output as well as IC terminals, for any loose or dry solderings. Re-solder all the suspected solder terminals, by applying a little more solder, without making any solder-bridge short in between adjecent solder terminals.

Hello!. When the set goes off does the front red led blinks ? thats an error code. If it goes only to a horizontal thin line then back to full frame its the vertical deflexion IC that causes the problem and it happens a lot on these sets because of internal temperature and bad soldering issue.

SOURCE: Canno turn the tv on.
You probably have a main or high voltage power supply problem; the latter produces the 20,000 plus volts for the CRT and gets its voltage from the main supply. It's difficult to say which is at fault without a few measurements.
