a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: acer 3003lci laptop
From what you describe its likely cause is the connector from the LCD panel to the electronics has oxidation or a loose connection. Sometimes if you?re lucky the flexing test might even fix the problem, but apparently not in your case. What you will have to is either take it apart to find out exactly what is going on or take it to the local authorized repair shop. Your laptop is a relatively new design so I would check to make sure the manufacturers warranty is not in effect before I tried either one of those options. Let us know if you have any more questions and please don?t forget to rate this post.

to turn it back on just repet the step above.

SOURCE: Suspected Hardware problem
Most probably your HDD is all messed up. Try opening the Windows in safe mode, you can do this by pressing the f8 key while booting, if it doesn't work, you need to reformat your computer.

You can either replace the screen or you can work on your laptop with a broken screen. Replacing the laptop screen is quite costly depending on your laptop model and availability of your parts.

1. Place you finger on the on/off sensor leave it their until you console turns off then take you finger off the sensor.
2. Place your finger back on the on/off sensor leave it their until you hear 2 consecutive beeps then take your finger off.
3. Once the safe mode screen comes on select the option PS3 SYSTEM RESTORE.
NOTE: A PS3 system restore will delete all data except the OS. I recommend backing up your console onto a USB flash drive if possible.
