It could still be the pump (the coil/winding may have a short.
try it out of the washer to see if it spins.. most are just 2 wire AC 220v

After taking all apart and putting back together 3 times looking for some type of clog in the pump area I decided to take the hose off that is located underneath the washer. There I found a penny!
All better! I love my fisher paykel! I personally fixed it.....saved myself $95.00 per half hour and parts. Since i am a woman lots of times a repairman would have said I needed a new pump!
