Will a 235/70F16 tire fit on a 2001 chevy impala with out rubbing

Hi there:

Tire diameter can vary slightly for each tire model. When changing tire sizes, we recommend staying within 3% of the diameter/height of the original tire. Any more than this and you face the risk of brake failure.
I suggest to check this link: TireSizeCalculator

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

WHEN I START UP MY TRUCK THE WHEELS SPIN IS THAT IT DOES.I WANT TO KNOW IF THIER ANYWAY I CAN MAKE THEM STOP.

turn down your idle screw and adjust your low speed screw to fix the problem that made you turn your idle up in the first place if you let the truck idle for 7 1000s and you mash on the gas it will do one of 3 things:
1) a nice crisp throttle response= perfect low speed setting do not adjust
2) engine bogs down = too rich, lean out low speed screw 1/8th turn until fixed
3) truck revs up but shuts off= too lean, richen low speed screw 1/8th turn until fixed

Problems with RC engine not running right!

Theres a idle screw located on engine under airfilter, should be small flat head. Clockwise will stop the carb from closing thus not cutting engine of. Also make sure you run car slightly richer than leaner. Hope this helps.

The rear tires on my 88 pontiac firebird formula wont come off. i took the nuts off already

Sometimes the wheel seizes to the inner hub with rust. Assuming the vehicle is lifted onto a steady jack stand; try soaking the point of contact where the wheel touches the inner hub and the 5 lugs come through the wheel with WD-40 (or some other effective penetrating fluid) and then, after 15 minutes or so, hit the tire soundly with a 3# (or larger) hammer to break it free from the hub. If that doesn't work; heat the wheel around the hub with a butane torch and again hit the tire soundly with a large hammer to break it free from the hub.

E maxx steering is too tight

You may have something too tight on your steering linkages, or you may just want to upgrade to a better servo. My Revo's servos are all metal gear and I have never had a problem with them. Receiver batteries on my truck were weak and the tires were hard to turn as well, so check your batteries
