Make sure that the outlet is working even though the breaker is okay. Plug a small lamp or appliance into the washer outlet to verify that it is working.
If the outlet apparently has power the plug the washer back in and listen carefully for a click from the CCU (Central Control Unit or main control board shown in the first image below). If you do not hear a click then I recommend that you unplug the washer and remove the top panel (shown in the first image below). Check the wiring harness connections on the control board. I provided a wiring diagram in the second image that shows the path of power to the CCU. If you have a volt/ohm meter and the technical expertise, you can check the continuity of the power supply to the control board (wires traced in red and green on wiring diagram below). If the CCU is apparently getting power but does not click shortly after it is plugged in then it will need to be replaced.
You could also have a failed user interface touchpad assembly that would prevent the washer from powering up.
These tips may help you determine the cause of this washer failure.
