You gave no model number so best I can do is give you a link to a site that has a couple of manuals available for download in pdf format. Pressure Cooker Instruction Manuals
The manufacture Prestige can offer you the service manual at their web site. Go there and search for the Support/manuals and put you Model number in the search area. If they have a Call number, contact them by telephone and request a copy be mailed to you.

Your pressure cooker sounds like the Prestige Automatic Pressure Cooker which I have had for 29 years and is still working. If you go to Google and type Pressure Cooker Centre Australia it should take you to their web site and you can order the cookbook for the aforesaid pressure cooker. Hope this helps, Celia
