Contact support to see if they will give you a replacement, if not, you can check e-bay to see if they have spare parts otherwise you might just need to buy a whole new case.

All of the pins locations and settings should be available on the
motherboard manual. The pins should usually be located at the very bottom. ALL of the pin's settings will be labeled
underneath the pins, but often hard to see, that's why I recommend
reading the manual. All of the switches and LED pins will be different on different motherboards. The USB, if you have ones that are all separate
connectors, goes like this: [+5V/VCC/Power] [D+] [D-] [GND]. USB and audio will always be the same.
