the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How can i reset an administative password

Only you have your password, or the person you got the computer from. If you are the administrator, Open Control Panel, User Accounts, select your account, as administrator, change password. If you can't login you can't change. Do a Factory Restore, this will delete all data.

click start control panel Open User Accounts in Control Panel. On the Users tab, click the name of the user whose password you want to change, and then click Reset Password. In New password and Confirm new password, type the new password, and then click OK.

I have a verotronics netbook pc... i am unable to open windows at all...i have forgotten my password...can you help?? i need a password recovery tool for this netbook... operating system~~windows CE ...

Hi there!
If you forgot your password to log on the notebook, there is the way to fix that problem.
Use another computer, google and download Hiren CD boot, burn that to CD and at the notebook change setting in BIOS to boot from DVD/CD ROM. Use Hiren CD to boot up your notebook, select password recover section and follow the guide to erase your current password in notebook.
Restart your notebook to let the windows start up and the password should be empty.
If necessary, please read more about Hiren CD boot up. They are free.
Hope this will help.
Thanks for reading.

Cant open my HP Compac laptop because the password cant activate

If you haven't change any of the security parameters on the laptop, the default is a 30 minute wait before it resets/unlocks the account. If that doesnt work you can use a program called WINTernals that will allow you to change/reset the password.

Hi I just got a used Thinkpad T60, and is requesting a password. Can you tell me how to change that

Try booting up in Safe Mode. Log in as administrator (try 'password' as the password), then open control panel (start>settings>control panel). Open the User Management tool, select the user that you want change and click change password. If you want to create a new user you can do that here to. Be sure to make the new user an Admin.
