Question about Dell Inspiron 6400 Notebook
I have a inspiron 6400
I was using it recently and all of a sudden the laptop just switched off!!!!
Now i cant get it to switch back on! There is no power being taken at all this from the power cable and also the battery.
i have had the laptop 2 1/2 years and havent had no problems with it before.
I done some research and i read that the CPU and the Memory can be removed and can cause this problem due to oxidisation or a loose or dodgy conection?
Have any body got any ideas on this? or has anyone got any info they can send in or reference me to so that i can remove the CPU myself etc.?
Check the fuse in the plug before you take any drastic measures in disassembling the laptop to get to the CPU.
Post back if you have no joy
Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!!
