Look on google to see how to do this. there are several types of reels and they are all the same, but different. If you know what I mean My answers are short and sweet. Common sense mostly. If you are trying to get something for nothing...Don't waste my time! Remember if something sounds to good to be true that it usually is. I've spent many years of my life trying to cheat the system and was pretty good at it. This all changed when I discovered that people were doing the same thing to me. What comes around, goes around. Karma! Now I assist people in making win-win deals...that are legit!

Why is Car orator is pouring gas out and is not running ?

I assume you found the contaminates collected in the bottom of the bell housing.
remove the housing again and make sure the float switch is seated properly. If it has stuck in the low position gas will continue to feed and overflow the carb.

How do I remove automatic transmission from 1993 Chev 2500 pickup?

The Drive Shaft
  • Using a 1/2-to-2-ton floor jack, lift the front of the truck and place jack stands under the frame. Once the truck is lifted enough for you to safely move around under it, begin removing the four bolts connecting the U-joint between the drive shaft and the rear axle. When you pull the drive shaft out of the tail shaft, transmission fluid will pour out of the tail shaft, so place a drip pan or oil-changing pan under the tail shaft of the transmission.
Lines And Linkage
  • If the truck is an automatic, you will need to remove two transmission lines from the passenger side of the transmission by the bell housing close to the transmission dip stick. If it's a manual transmission you won't have those lines, but you will have shifting linkage on the driver's side of the transmission. Depending on the year of the truck, the linkage is held on by either a cotter pin or locking-sleeve washer. You will also need to remove the speedometer cable. If it's an older truck, it will be a hard-cased cable similar to the emergency brake cable that threads onto the driver side of the transmission just before the bell housing. If the truck is a newer model, it will be an electrical set of wires attached to a plug on the tail shaft.

Remove From Engine
  • Remove the transmission mount bolt that holds the tail end of the transmission to the cross member on the frame. You will need to either use wood blocks or a jack to support the weight of the transmission. Take out the nine bolts on the bell housing that attach the transmission to the engine--there is one on the top center of the bell housing, two along each side of the bell housing and two on each side at the bottom next to the guide pins.
Remove From Vehicle
  • Once removed, maneuver the transmission to the rear of the truck about 6 inches until it clears either the clutch kit of a manual or the torque converter of an automatic. When the transmission is free, lower the bell housing end of the transmission down until the tail shaft is clear of the cross member.

Have fuel leak that drips down bell housing

There fuel lines that come up the rear of the engine on the drivers side and they have a coupler toward the rear of the engine. It's possible one of those couplers are leaking, also on truck of that age the lines could rusted or worn through. There's about 40 - 45 PSI of pressure on the feed line not as much on the return.

Subscribed to rogers cable phone service and know my old phone jacks don't work as the belong to the Bell Analogue network. Please help Justin

If you take a phone cord and plug it from your cable modem/phone jackand plug it into one of your analog jacks it should back feed to the remainder of the jacks in your house. You should disconnect the bell feed wire so it doesn't interfere with the cable phone line.

I have a hard wired wall mounted telephone (not modular). I need to insert a DSL modular filter into the circuit. What do I need to do convert the hard line to a modular line so I can insert the DSL...

Here's a thought. The DSL filter doesn't have to go on every phone, just the phone line that FEEDS the phone. In old residential, the phone line is looped to each location. If you open up another jack and break the loop, you could possibly find out where the first jack is in your house, put a duplex jack there, feed the DSL modem, and filter all the rest of the lines in the house at that location. Or, go outside, bring the dial tone in on the black/yellow or orange pair, install your DSL modem on that pair, and filter the dial tone back into the green/red pair for the rest of the house.

You can also buy a wall plate with DSL filter in it. Screw your chair closer to the floor before you go here :-)

I have a 2.8L diesel 1991 hilux surf and it sounds like it has stone in the bell housing, is this possible and are they hard to get out?

stone in the bell housing from 2009 ..hmm... this is 2011 you have either solved this problem by now or sold the vehicle but it sounds to m like the thrust bearing on the clutch threw one of the balls in this ball baring. best case you need only a thrust bearing, bearing fork and maybe the shaft. worst case you need the entire clutch assembly...
