Just go the site of your Laptop manufacture. Once there enter the model number or service tag number of the laptop then request driver (usually found in the web site's "Support Section"). There you should be able to find all the drivers for your model laptop

If this doesn't helps you then simply get the system utility program like PC Fresher that will fix windows errors that cause of drivers issue

How to check the which graphics card is builtin ???

Are you looking for the video driver?
You can check the Dell WEB site for the specification of your motherboard.
If you go into the BIOS or look at the Dell label on the back of the computer for the SERVICE TAG number and enter this number in the DELL support WEB site, it will give you the driver and graphics card details.

Dell Studio XPS will have the high end gaming capability you want, and a fairly reasonable price.

Dell dimension issue: system is gone off all of sudden.. it looks like there is a problem with the add on card which consists 2 USB ports and microphone and headset speaker.... but this card is connected...

It seems likely that you have somehow dislodged/interupted the graphics card GUI, which enables windows to come on the screen. Without this, the system will not boot properly due to the fact that your CPU is looking for it and cannot find it. You may want to double check to see if that card is in properly. Also, did you download driver for the new card? If not the right driver, it won't work. Another thing to check could be the IRQ I/O addresses (go to device manager/advanced) If they are not assigned a number, they won't work either. You can always hit F1 (it may be different on your comp, try f8 or f12) after you hit power switch, to see if it will give you the boot info before your OS starts up. Of course, you will not be able to see it if you have no video. Try to listen to the comp when turning it on. How many beeps does it make? It should only make 1, if it is making more, or a long one, you can find out problem that way.
