Pattern unlock forgot

What exactly did you do? Hard reset set the phone as brand new, and no brand new phone comes with lock pattern. Just pressing the power and volume down key is not hard reset. After pressing theses combinations of keys, and the droid with the exclamation point show up, you must tap the home icon to get to the recovery, and from there scroll down to Wipe Data Factory, to select tap the menu icon, then choose yes and tap the menu icon again to select it. Go back, up to Reboot and tap the menu icon to reboot the phone. There should be no more lock.

To many pattern attempts

When you have too many attempts fort he pattern lock and fail, it should prompt you to input your gmail account and password. If you don't get that prompt, then turn off the phone, while the phone is off, press and hold at the same time the volume up, home and power key until you get to see a display with some letters, this is the recovery option. From here you are going to do a hard reset by scrolling down with the volume rocker to "wipe/format data", once highlighted press the power button to complete, scroll down to "wipe cache" and do the same thing, and last, scroll up to "reboot" and press power button to reboot device. You device should be as brand new and without any pattern lock.

Please i just forgot my pattern lock for my blackberry storm 2. how do i unlock please?

NOTE: This method only works if you have set PatternLock to disable when charging.

1. Plug your phone into the charger or your computer with a Mini-USB plug.
2. The clock charging screen pops up.
3. Press the menu key and then click on close.
4. Go to Options >> PatternLock >> View Pattern - and then enter your password to retrieve your forgotten pattern.
5. Unplug the Mini-USB plug and PatternLock should pop back up.
6. Enter your pattern that you just retrieved.

If you have set up PatternLock to not load on boot then do the following:

1. Pull the battery and put it back in.
2. Wait for the phone to reboot
3. Go to Options >> PatternLock >> View Pattern - and then enter your password to retrieve your forgotten pattern.
