If they are small random black spots it is most likely toner dropping. Toner dropping can be caused by a number of things but most of the time it is caused by old developer which needs to be replaced and should be done by a copier Tech. This modle machine also had a come problem with the drum cleaning unit backing up and causing damage to the process unit. IF this has happened it is most likely time to purchase a new copier.
Code M2 means your photocopier machine require maintenance.In maintenance some old parts of your machine will be replaced with the new one and all this will be performed by technical services representative.
open front cover.open blue screw. pullout unit ,open 3 screws ,seperate black cover,over it by developer all.fasten 3 screws .fix it then open sticks of toner cartridge.insert it and turn on .add paper(open cassete`s lock.turn on and wait until it goes to ready.give me a top vote.
This Indicates a problem with the Fuser unit and will require service from a qualified technition as there are some reset codes that he wil have to enter to reset it after repair is completed.

C2550 = Drive Motor Problem.
Try to reset it first. Enter the numbers "10871087" on the keypad. Enter 906, press start, Press Execute on the touch panel. The machine will reboot.
If it comes back, you may have a bad drive motor.....or something else is dragging it down. Check that the developer unit turns. Check that the fuser unit turns. Check that all the gears in the transport unit turn. Maybe one has a bad tooth.
There is a double gear that sometimes causes the metal to flex on the transport unit frame and it doesn't mesh like it should.
