The belt runs around the drum in the middle of it as you take the two screws out the back panel and remove the top piece of wood in the middle of the drum you will see a black band thats your belt and the motor is to the right of the drum at the bottom you can access this through the gaps on the bottom of your dryer try spraying some belt dressing on it if its squealing

Will not tumble

The most obvious thing to check is the dryer belt. Unplug the dryer, and remove the back panel. Locate the motor and trace the delt from the motor pully to the drum and all the way around, back to the motor. If the belt is on and tight, the issue is probably with the motor.

Dryer not tumbling

A broken belt is very common. If you hear the motor running, that's probably it. The dryer must be taken all apart to replace the belt. Hopefully instructions will come with the new belt. Routing the belt over the motor shaft and around the tensioner is always a challenge.

Changing belt on my dryer

I am not familiar with this particular dryer, but all electric dryers are designed so that the consumer can replace the belt. Open the access door ( the back, the top, or the removable panel at the bottom front) and the belt should be visible; a few minutes of study will show you what you need to do to change it.
