Keyboard not responding suddenly.

Dear support, I own the above product and has been working fine. Recently however, it stopped working. The receiver's blue blinking lights just go off and I wont be able to use my keyboard until I push the receiver button again. But this last only for 1 minute b4 the receiver goes off again. I've replaced the batteries in my keyboard but it is still the same. Please help? Thanks.

I had the same problem and i found the solution on the creative website,

the problem seems to be when another local source is giving off a signal in the same frequency as your wireless connection.

you will find a reset button on the back of the keyboard next to the front leg stand of the keyboard press this button simultaneously with the receivers button and this should solve your problem.

Hi Limsy, I've been right where you are and in the end got so frustrated I changed back to a wired keyboard, but anyway, enough about my problems :P It could be a variety of problems, it could be a faulty sender unit, so if you have the receipt and is still under warranty, they should replace it for you. Otherwise, if it is a Ps/2 connection there could be a problem with that port on your motherboard, just check that it is plugged in correctly. Or if it is usb try putting it into another USB slot and/or check that the 'usb power saving' option is turned off for this device. The only other thing I can think of is if there is another wireless device that is interfering with the signal, but is very rare that happens. If you really can do without though, just return to a corded for now and see if it is as inconvenient as the manufacturers of wireless keyboards want us to believe. Hope this helps in some way. Si :)

Keyboard is not working

Normal 0 Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard. Try typing, should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

Dell Wireless Keyboard stopped responding, please help.

The keyboard should have a button underneath it. Press the button on the usb controller first and then the button on the keyboard. Repeat a few times to see if it connects. If you are still having trouble try another set of batteries as some batteries are not designed for wireless products.

Keyboard not responding

Solution. My wireles keyboard stopped working except for the F-Lock key, the Media key and the sleep key. It wasn't batteries, even though I tried, communication was there because the above keys were working. Remove the batteries from your keyboard and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Press the red connect button a few times and other various keys every few minutes during that time. This may be the whole "capacitor discharge" trick, but I tired that with someone elses instructions and my keyboard did not work after 2 minutes of key pressing. I think it just needed more time to clear out the secure settings. Good luck, I was about to trash this keyboard until I tried again
