BL-C30A Can not access via web after a few days

I have 3 BL-C30A 's installed using a belkin wireless router F5D7231-4. I also have 2 house thermostats and a sling box connected to the router using Cat-5. The cameras work great using Viewnet, but all three quit working after in about 3 days. To allow access I need to shut the router and modem down for 4 minutes and restart. Then they work fine again. I never lose access to the sling box or thermostats and the camera addresses always appear on the router DHCP client list. The cameras are not set up with Static adresses. I have an UPS on the router and modem. Does anyone know what could be wrong.

Your cameras are losing conncetivity because of the air link being compromised this could be due to unintentional jamming (blocking of the wifi signal)or Resetting of the beacon (beacons can be set to broadcast at intervals) They are needed for the wifi devices to know that they are still a part of the network. These are more then likely your problem

So you've configured port forwarding on the router. Do you have any anti-virus applications installed or have your set an exclusion in Windows firewall?

Hi, the best and easiest way I can think of for this is to go to your wireless router and get the list of ip addresses it is sending out for your wireless connections.

Panasonic bl-c20 wireless network camera

Try this - unplug the power from the camera (and the ethernet cable if it is using one). Locate the 'Factory Default Reset' button on the camera get a paperclip and straighten it out. Plug the power back into the camera and press the reset button with the paperclip until you see the indicator light flash and go out (about 10 seconds). Now attach the ethernet cable to the camera and into your router and insert the Panasonic camera utility disk into your computers CD Drive. Run the setup utility from the disk and after a few minutes it should find the camera and you can follow the instructions for a new set-up. If the camera has been on more than 20 minutes when you start the setup utility, unplug it for 10 minutes and try again. Oh, and turn off Windows firewall while you are doing this.

Cannot see cam on viewnetcam

I had the same problem. Even tried turning DMZ on in my router, and specified the camera IP as one in the DMZ. What helped me was using a port scanner (do a google search). I then started trying different things until I saw the port was opened. Once the port was open, I was able to access the camera from the internet, even from within my internal network. It turned out my problem was I have Vonage VOIP phone service and the Vonage router was ahead of my network router. Apparently the Vonage router wasn't allowing internet traffic to the camera. I switched positions of the routers (my wireless router is now first, and my Vonage router is plugged into the wireless router) and everything works fine now.

Problems in connecting to my blc30a through the website

Are you trying to access the camera in the local network? Have you assigned a static ip address to the camera? Which router are we using?
