Question about Transcend (589307) Media
It seems that the USB ports from your motherboard aren't beingrecognized. I would try installing the latest version of the chipsetdrivers.
First you need to know what chipset brand your motherboard uses (Intel, VIA, SiS, etc).
Then go to the chip set manufacturer website and download the latest drivers:
try uninstalling all usb entries in the device manager and reboot twice. let windows rebuild the usb tree.
make sure the correct items are enabled in your bios, such as pnp, usb keyboard ect.
Appreciate to rate as "Fixya"
