Passenger side on 2003 ford expedition keep dropping no air leaks

On that system you have 3 ride height sensors. 2 front 1 rear. Disconnect the linkage arm and try to move sensor arm. Should move with little resistance but not loose. If bound up replace, also check 2 remaining sensors. Behind the passenger headlight is your compressor and relay. You can jump the 2 fat wires together at the relay to activate the compressor. The relay has 4 wires 2 fat 2 skinny. They sell a conversion kit to elinmate air ride and have coil struts and shocks. I normally recommend the conversion so the problem doesn't happen again. Nice system till it goes wrong

I have a 2003 ford expedition xlt and the a/c is not working. It has a new compressor plus the blowers changed. If I accelerate with the mode on max it goes off, but let up off the gas and it blows...

By 2003 most air-con systems had considerable electronic control and your problem might be caused by a malfunction there, wiring problems, compressor clutch problems or maybe there is a leak and the refrigerant pressure has already fallen to the point where the system is ceasing to work depending on temperature.

Do you have an alarm system installed? These sound like the alarm indicator lights. They are supposed to deter theft and break ins.

Ford 2003 Expedition EB. Check Charging System

Its probably the alternator. It will need to be tested on the vehicle with the engine running and the light illuminated. Measure the battery voltage with the engine running. It should be at least 13.5 volts. If it is lower have the alternator tested at a shop with a charging system tester.

2003 Ford Expedition AC not working

If the system does not have a major leak it could just be normal leak down through the hoses. If it is still pressurized you should be able to get a can of refrigerant (R134A) and a hose to put it in with from your local parts house or even Walmart. Unless you can see oil seeping out from hose connections or fittings it is reasonable to assume the system is not damaged.

Ford Expedition Battery and system charge warning

If he replaced the battery that would have cleared the code. There is another issue. Was the alternator aftermarket? Just becuase it is new does not mean good. Those are easy to install I would return it to where you got it and try another.
