Question about GE Profile Prodigy WPSE4200A
The agitator does not move in the wash cycle and the "bowl" does not spin in the spin cycle. It still fills up with water and it goes through the process, but the agitator does not move at all.
Check and make sure the agitator hasnt come loose or broken pull up on it and see if it comes out if not the bolt is in it, then grab ity and twist it do you feel any drag on it if not look under the machine and see if the pully has slipped down or if something looks loose. you should norice any problem
