Tomtom one 3rd edition flashes a x when turned on
Your os has a problem. Try this in the exact order.
1. Connect your device to USB.
2. Then turn it on
It should then connect to your computer
If it ask's you do you want to connect to your computer select yes
TT home should see your device and load your os.
If it doesn't load your operating system it will get a little more involved, but can be done. If this works make a backup of your tt device but do not use tt home to do this. Make a new folder on your desktop and name it whatever you want. Next go to my computer click on your tt's drive letter to open the drive. Click on edit, select all, copy. Then go to the folder you have created and right click then paste. Now you have a backup you can use if this happens again
