F21 on whirlpool duet wtw9699tw01 . actions described in book did not clear problem
"F21" is a long drain error code. I have a link that you may try to see if there may be some additional things you haven't tried yet:
Try unplugging the washer for at least 30 minutes (if you haven't tried that already). This will reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). This is the main "brain" of your washer. Sometimes this is all that is required to correct momentary glitches. If the error code reappears, check your drain pump for obstructions. This is the most common cause.
