Dell has the drivers you need
Just visit this site:
And select the version of Windows you are using.
You can find which version you are using by:
Press and hold the Windows Logo Key + Press Pause Break Key and Release both
Once you select the version you are using, select Audio from the list and download it to a convenient location.
Access the file and double click on it to install the drivers necessary for your card. This will solve your problem
