I dropped my Defiant 1000 lumen led flashlight it broke the switch/endcap I'm trying to get a replacement its the 3 D cell one has a high/low switch

Sorry we do not sell parts, if you can get the part it would need to come from the manufacturer or distributor, really doubt that they make replacement parts.

Replacing endcap part #W10121977

Just completed this project. First of all, there are NO screws to remove. Smack in the middle of the endcap slightly below midline there is a rectangle in "portrait orientation" with a tab in it. Reach in and gently pull tab forward while pulling entire assembly upward and it will pop off. Pull the assembly forward and the perpendicular connecting piece will roll forward as well. At a certain point, the end of the pependicular piece (the one attached to the back of the frig) will pop out as it is just wedged into a small vertical notch in the back wall. Take the entire assembly out of the frig and close the door because i promise you that the door is beeping you and the temp has risen to almost 50 degrees. to remove the sliding portion, you need to depress the remaining two tabs from behind to release the sliding portion and gently squeeze the two tabs on the end of the end cap so that you can separate the two pieces. Go slowly as these pieces are flimsy and fragile. You will have to rotate pieces at the back and front of the endcap to get the pieces out that you need to put back on the new endcap. The drawer slide comes out by depressing the remaining tab (just left of the tab that released the assembly to begin with.). Once you have the new "L" shaped assembly, you are ready to put it in. Start with fitting the back piece back into the tab at the rear of the frig. Fit the assembly into the corner, hold the original tab down and it will snap into place easily. Putting the cover back into place is a bit tricky, you will have to stick the hole of one side od the cover first and then gently pull back the tab on the other side to accommodate the other side hole. I was super careful because I didn't want to break the cover tab that made me have to change the end cabin the first place.

Replace a belt

at the very front corners of the console you will see 2 phillips head screws holding the console down(newer dryers have these in the rear). If you do not see the screws then they hidden under the endcap of the console. These endcaps are very easy to pop off. Just insert a flathead screwdriver under the top rear of the endcap, and pull towards you. After the endcap is off the screws will be at the base of the console. After the screws are out you can flip the console backwards, exposing three 1/4" screws (left)(middle)(right) near the rear panel that must come out so you can slide the top forward(not up) off the machine. Once all this is complete you will see 2 screws on the front panel(left)(right) side and your door switch wiring. Also you must take off the lower front panel to expose the other 2 screws that hold the front panel on. And this should give you full access to everything. ***warning*** there are a few newer styles still that do not use screws or endcaps but rather a small metallic clip that must be depressed with a putty knife(rarer style) If that is the case once you depress the clips in the lower corner(under the console), the rest of the teardown is the same as I have just explained!! Hope that helps

Bissell 6595 problems with roller brush. I've had this happen with two of the same model. Each one didn't last more than seven months! First, it became loud when vacuuming, then there was a burning smell....

Hair and dust will work its way under the endcaps of the brushroll causing friction which can melt the brushroll and get hot enough to melt the nozzle housing as you have found. You will need to remove the endcaps to clean the debris out before it causes damage. I don't believe the endcaps are removable on your model. It will save you a lot of money in the long run to purchase a new vacuum that has a metal brushroll with removable endcaps. I have a durable long lasting Riccar vacuum with a metal brushroll available at ThatVacGuy.com. With this model you can pull the brushroll out once a year to clean it and install a new belt. With simple routine maintenance you can do yourself this model will perform great for many years.

Cannot remove endcap screws in order to replace rear roller endca

Please LUBE very well the Screww with WD-40 and wait for 30 minutes.
And try again. Use the common sense to take out the screw with the electric driver.
Blessing.

Trying to replace broken upper rack adjustment arm . . .

first off check to see if there is an endcap either the front or back of the track. if so remove the cap. check for end mount screws. if no screws the endcap opens up the route for popping the plastic cover off and exposing the screws.. see diagram(may not be exact model but it gives you an idea)
