Question about Gateway (5500381) CD-ROM Drive
Check your boot drive, it cannot find an operating system. If in windows could be corrupt files or hard drive is disconnected in the system.
You can check this by booting first in cdrom with a bootable cd, if you got into DOS with command prompt. Your harddrive is at fault.
