if the laptop was working o.k . you can use the system restore go to control panel, search for system restore and use the date that you know was o.k and proceed. Otherwise you can uninstall the driver corrupted for sound and install the new driver update from you computer supplier. God bless you
amsung SGH-L760v has an MP3/AAC/eACC/WMA player which can only play music. You have to install DivX Mobile Media to allow you to play DivX video on your mobile phone. Make sure that you downloaded the right video format that your phone can play.

Maybe because is only read audio, like Photos and mp3 audio only, expecially if read format llike "High Mat" to read photos and music, try to go to instructions manual and see the format what your dvd read.
