I think you have a gas dryer, and a bad ignitor.

Samsung Dryer dv203aes/xac will not heat. Drum is rotating and lint was cleared from exhaust.

Check the following:
1. Does it have 220 volts (yes it runs, but dryers run on 110 volts)?
2. Check the heating element and the safety thermostats located on the heat element canister. Low air flow from any restriction like lint build up or mashed ducting or blocked air exhaust vent cap can either trip the safety stats or burn out the element. Clean dryer and exhaust ducting thoroughly and replace bad parts before placing back in service. Poor air flow is the number one problem with "No Heat" dryer issues.

The dryer runs fine but has no heat. The exhaust and lint screen are clear of debris. It is a Maytag MD3000

The Heating Element may be gone, or you might be real lucky and have a loose or dirty connection.
You might want to throw the Breaker Switch or unplug the unit before you do anything (220!!!).

Whirlpool model LGB6000KQ1 electric dryer. I have to run the dryer two to three times before the clothes dry. There is a little heat, and I cleaned all the vents. Do I need a new heating element?

if the exhaust hose is clear of debris and you feel a good flow of air through it then ' Yes ' I would say that the heating element is bad.

Dryer Model LGR 8620PW0. Dryer initially heats up for three minutes, then heat shuts down. Glow coil comes back on, but no gas ignition. Glow coil continues to do this. Thermal fuse is good. Limits are...

try clearing out the exhaust duct that runs from the back of the dryer to the outside of the house. If this is clogged then this will limit air flow therefore by extinguishing you fire. An easy test to figure this out would be to remove the hose from the back of the dryer and see if you get the same results. If you get the same results try checking all the traps for lint and debris.

Amana gas dryer is getting hot on the inside but the clothes are not drying

Check your exit hose at the connection on the dryer itself. Remove the hose and make sure the hose is clear of all debris and lint. Also you want to check the door part where it meets the filter underneath the filter, and, on the door itself. Also watch for the exhaust fumes outside if you dont see a good flow, you may need a new blower motor. Thanks, Dana

SLOW TO DRY

HI, i recommend making sure that this dryer has a clear exhaust duct and hose. place your hand on the outside exhaust hose and check for a good flow. if the flow is low, you will have some sort of clog in the exhaust system and you will need to clear this blockage. if the exhaust duct and hose is clear of debris, you will the need to check the lint screen for debris as well. make sure you Clean this regularly after every cycle.

I also recommend checking the dryness sensor as well.

The heating element measures 10 Ohms at 68 degrees farenheit. Usually if the element is bad, it will measure infinity.
