Question about Sony VAIO VGC-LV180J 24-Inch All-in-One PC
The wireless mouse on my Sony VAIO VGC-LV180J keeps locking up - pointer won't move, causes me to restart frequently because of no other option. I've changed batteries. Even put in Lithium long-life batteries - to no avail. The mouse is easily within range of connection switch requirements, the same as the wireless keyboard. Can't use built-in laptop mouse instead - nothing works but restarting. No help from the Sony help website - tried everything they've suggested.
I would suggest investing in a USB mouse. They never have this problem and are very cheap to buy. I have found that wireless mice are prone to problems. I would say there is a problem in the connection between your mouse and the laptop but this sort of problem is quite hard to find. As I said, you are better off with USB mouse.
