Question about Philips GoGear HDD075/17 MP3 Player
We put songs on the mp3 player last night and charged it. when my niece went to use it today, it worked fine this morning, but kept shuffling through all of the options when she turned it on this afternoon, then it shut off and wouldn't turn back on. when we hooked it to my computer, it turned on and let me access the files for about 6 minutes, then it shut down, and the computer wouldn't even recognize that anything was plugged in. (i plugged in a flash-drive to the same port and it worked just fine)
Well i had a sony walkman and when i plugged it into MY computer it won't charge , i tried both my sister's computers and it worked. So the problem wasnt the mp3 it was my computer. Try one of these (only works with Windows) :
Go to Start , Right click\Properties\Device Manager ( make sure your mp3 is plugged in) Look For A Negative Sign then you will see blah blah hardware, right click it then uninstall and click OK . Take your mp3 out and put it back in and it should install again then charge
Go To System Restore And Go Back Before The Date You Installed The Programs And Softwares For The mp3
