How do I find Bluetooth on dell optiplex755 small tower

Download a hotspot app and do everything via wifi. For example FoxFi works excellent on my device.
Its also possible to share the connection using bluetooth but the configuration is far more complicated (unless you download an specific app to share connection via bluetooh. Search in Google Play).

Have you tried replacing the hard drive? Does it give you any errors? I need more information in order to help you. Most likely you need to replace the hard drive and then reinstall the operating system that came with your computer.

You listed GX820 and GX260.

I am assuming you meant the GX260.

There are three varieties of the Gx260.

1) The SFF (Small Form Factor) power supplies can be replaced, but I know of no upgrades for these.

2) For the SDT (Small Desk Top), you can get up to a 270 (best I have seen).

I have a GX280 Mini Tower and recently upgraded my PSU to one very similar to the one above.
