Question about Kitchen Ranges
GE Monogram cooktop ZEU30RBF2BB a fault code F116 is displayed radomly when the front left dual radiant surface unit is "ON" with the lower case letter "f" displayed on the unit control pad. Clears always when I press the control lock pad. What is the F116 decode?

I hade a code 153 also. Changed the element(costly-$200) and had to recalibrate the pan sensors(in the manual). All works fine now.

The tray and lava-rock is available at most larger retail hardware stores. You may not find the exact tray for your model, just get one of equal size.

I had the same thing just occur. GE is now telling me the only fix is to buy a new range. Great. $10K for a range that I use once.
