I purchased 2 Coby MP600. I thought I was downloading music the wrong way on one of them, so I did a format. Now when I plug the device in, the device media manager, I get this message" Device is not...

I will suggest you to try to connect it to your PC on different USB-port first. If all the USB hub gives you the same message, then try to connect it on another computer/laptop. This is to make sure if the USB-cable is working properly or not.

And if you get the same 'Device is not plugged currently' message when trying it on different USB hub and different PC, you'll have to update your MP3's driver.

My pc accepts mp4 hardwear momentarily then rejects it

A connection is possibly loose, seems like a hardware problem that would require service. Check the usb connector and its pins.

You have tried it on two other pcs? what was the result there did it work? If it worked on both fine, then the issue is on your computer and not on the mp4 most likely.

Please clarify.

Problem wen i pressed reset button

· Make sure you have media player 11
· If you can, the best test is to try your player with another PC, to see if you still have the problem. This localises whether the problem is with the PC (most likely the USB) or the player. See the link below (search on "connection problems") for a lot more troubleshooting on this.

try downloading the MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.

By the way, before updating the firmware, let the battery have a full charge, ok?

Connection issue with usb

USB can be finicky. First try switching ports. If you are on a USB hub, try connecting directly to the computer. If you are using front access ports, try switching to rear ones. Next try switching to a different USB contorller. IE if you have different controllers on your motherborad or some of your usb ports are on a PCI or PCMCIA card try switching between these. Finally update the drivers for your USB controller if none of the previous steps have worked. Usually these don't get updated very often, but have your computer search Windows update or go to the manufacturer site just in case. Try it on another computer just to be sure that nothing is corrupt with your Windows installation or set up. If you still have no luck you likely have a damaged cable or a dirty or damaged port on the player. Try cleaning the connection port on the player. If the cable is to blame, you can purchase a dock for the H10, though they are very hard to track down these days.
