It blue screened a few times...the hinge is loose so had intermiottent screen..then poof, won't swtart, no lights. Ive done obvious disconnecting reconnecting and etc. ....cant find any fuses to check....stuck !

I have the exact same problem and am seeking a solution too ... it won't boot past the Vizio logo on the screen and the remote and side buttons won't work :(
It maybe that the hinges on your laptop have gone bad. The hinges house the wires that connect the video card to your display. Your problem sounds like a case of worsening hinges. Do you see looseness around the area or hear extra sounds as you're opening and closing the lid?
It could also be that your video card and / or actual LCD screen are going bad. All of which are pricey fixes.

if it's the left hinge then there's a good chance that the movement in the hinge from it being loose has caused a bad connection at one end of the wife between your graphics card and your screen. you need to take your laptop apart and if it's only loose because the screws have come undone tighten the screw but you might have a broken hinge. it's not an easy job if you've never done it before and if you take it to a shop they'll want to charge you the earth to do it. if it is just loose screws causing a loose connection then it takes about 30 mins to fix so it might be worth negotiating with them to look at that and only pay them for 1/2 an hour labour. i don't know what you mean by "it's going thru". if you mean that the power light comes on when you press it and you can hear a noise then your motherboard might be faulty. if you can run the computer thru your tv or a monitor then it's a loose connection. the best way to know whether it's the screen or the motherboard is to turn it on, wait for about a minute and then press enter. then wait and see if you get the sound of windows starting up. if you do it's the connection, if you don't it's the motherboard
The hinges can be loose in two different areas, but the most popular is the hinge attachment point behind the screen bezel. Remove the rubber screw covers from the bezel, remove the screws, take your finger nailas and from the inside of the bezel pull gently to the outside to release the catches on the screen lid. Start on one side and work your way around the screen until the bezel pops loose. Look at the bottom of the screen and you will see the hinge attachment points. Tighten them up. If you have some locktite this would be a good time to apply it, remove the screws one at a time and replace. To replace the bezel, always start at the bottom and work your way up.
This may be a stuck lid switch problem. I'm not sure where it is on your model but it will be somewhere near the hinge so when you close the lid, it tells the laptop to go to standby or hibernate, depending on your settings. It is a very common problem on some models, especially if there is a lot of dust that gets in the switch. Look for a raised bump on the screen bezel near the hinge - you may have to grad the user manual at Toshiba site.
Please stop using the laptop and have it serviced. You may be able to fix it yourseff if you're mechanically inclined and get yourself the service manual from Dell. I got mine for my Inspiron 9100 for about $10 from eBay.
The wires that feed the signal to the screen are located in the hinge area, and using the laptop in this condition is probably shorting the wires, causing the blue screen of death.

It sounds like the hinge itself is broken. I have a relative with exactly the same problem, her laptop screen became floppy and didnt stay in the upright position. The hinges for the screen are complicated in that they appear to come as a top/bottom part already joined together, and need to be replaced as such. The metal used for the hinges is really flimy and easily snaps. this sounds like what has happened to yours. The problem is that is appears to be not econimcally viable to repair, and your probably better off scrapping it or buying another with say;.. a cracked screen and doing a swap-over of parts to get one fully working one (thats what I did)
