Question about Singer CE-200 Quantum Futura Computerized Sewing Machine
Help, Help........ I have spent the bettre part of the day trying to get my new Singer to embroidery a design from the computer. When I select to transfer design, the error message tells me to check the power cord and USB cable. I downloaded all patch software and re installed software. I am using Vista as my operating system. Would I be better to install on Windows XP ?
Any help would be great !!
I know this sounds too easy, but I found that when I got that message, I had actually not turned the sewing machine on ... or the USB cable from the computer was not connected. Try saving your design under File ... Save as .... into a folder where you know you can find it ( or on the desktop ), then turn the sewing machine off, back on, and reboot the computer software.
