Problem for Candy AQ130 Front Load Washer

Not enough water to wash load

Candy washer's only water inlet is through the fabric softner drawer. Everything else runs as normal, spins, drainage etc, leaving me therefore having to add the water manually into the drawer for the clothes to wash. Does anyone have any solutions please.

May be the filter inside the filler hose;s are clogged. Take the off the back of the washer and clean them out.check the faucets you never no. good luck DFD
