Question about Sanyo EasyStreet NVM-4370 Car GPS Receiver
It opens The Sanyo screen then a window pops up saying, "'Contact is not a valid Windows CE Application" with Contacts.exe and I can press OK out of that.
Then, another window pops up it says" BtGui is not a valid Windows CE application with BtGui.exe on it and I cannot OK or anything it just stays there...I can reset and it does it all over again. Connecting the USB cable is useless since the Removable Disk says there are files on it. I cannot turn it off at the button on top....I have to turn it off with the slide button.
Anyone have any ideas? I only had it for a week and used it 2 times!
Same problem with me. contacts.exe and BtGui are corrupted, i called technical support (800) 421-5013. Since it exceeds 8 days the date i purchased, they will not help unless u pay $150. They even dont explain u the problem.
Is there any out there with good heart to solve this issue.

I have the same problem as described by first poster. Sounds like the suggestion of KhaKev would work EXCEPT in the state described by the original poster (and of my unit now) it won't boot from SD while the shelldisk has been corrupted. I've had mine a month. NOT IMPRESSED SANYO, thanks for nothing.

It appears files on the internal ShellDisk is corrupted. The one that hosts all the Sanyo applications. Not the MyFlashDIsk that you see in WIndows when you connect the device to your PC.
If ShellDisk becomes corrupted then the device can still be restored but you need good data from another device.
The device can boot from SD card or from the internal flash disk (MyFlashDisk). After reverse-engineering it, it was found that it can launch except of \ShellDisk\Shell\PnaShell.exe the following files: \SDMMC\AUTORUN.INF and \MyFlashDisk\AUTORUN_USB.INF. In these files you need to specify the path of the file to execute plus a checksum at the end of the file. It has been configured them to run MioAutoRun.exe. You can obtain the file here:
http://www.gpspassion.com/upload2/Sanyo_NVM-4370_Autorun_files.zip. You need a copy of MioPocket 2.0 R44 or higher.
