Question about Computers & Internet
I wanna back up my inbox & folders so I can format and re-install XP
In outlook, go to file/export. Select export to a file, make it a .pst file, include all the folders you want and make sure the include sub-folders item is checked. Save it where you want, copy it to a safe location. After re-install, set up your mailbox and then go to file/import and point it to your saved .pst file. Select everything you want imported. It takes a while, depending on the size and quantity of your mailbox items.
