I am not sure what you are talking about... If its an internet provider service (internet connection) I do not know of anyone that gives seniors a discount for unlimited data... AARP might have a connection with a discount.. but it wil limit your date,, thats the only way you can get a discount..

Intermittent faults like that are very difficult to diagnose, and near impossible over the internet. Best or first thing you should do is have the engine computer scanned for trouble codes-Autozone does that service for free, using an OBD-2 scanner device. OBD stands for on board diagnostics.
If you get any trouble codes, it may point to the problem. You can post them here for help, or have a mechanic or technician check it out. Good luck (from another senior).

If the scanner is properly detected in the computer, u can find it under the option scanners in the control panel.
If u find it, right click on the scanner and click scan.
