My printer doesn't print anything

I have a canon multipass mp390 and it doesn't print anything.
A couple months ago, it was still working fine. Then it started printing my papers with lines through it. Then now it doesn't print anything at all.
I've checked my ink and it's still working.
I've also cleaned the nozzle head and the print head.

Try to print a test print using printer itself. That can do using printer buttons. If the same printout comes blank, Your printers ink cartridges are empty or dry. Replace them and see results..

I put new ink in my mp390 and it is not printing anything it says the printer is online and when I hit print all that comes out is a blank sheet

Hi, i suspect the ink you bought is not compatible with the printer, try print test page and see what happens.if it is still blank, then, change the ink cartridge.

Compliment and wish you best of luck.

Whant to print wireless with my Canon MP390 printer

Ho,

No this will not work as the printer has no way to install the dongle into it's operating system.

In order to make it wireless you will need either a wireless access point if the printer already has an ethernet port a wireless USB print server if not.

Look at model # PM111UW on www.startech.com for refernece.

Canon MP390 Multi

I've had several of the MP390 printers die on me, usually just out of warranty. This is not a print head issue. Sounds like its time for a new printer.

Black not printing

I just ran into a similar issue with my MP390. Actually both the color and black inks were not printing very well. I would get very inconsistent printing. Fixed the problem very easily and quickly as follows: On the top of each print cartridge, there is a small hole. Remove the print head (lift the gray bar at the front of the print head and lift out the print head) with the cartridges still in place. Holding the print head over a piece of paper/paper towel, blow into the holes on the top of the cartridges (either directly or using a straw/tube of some kind). You should get ink coming out of the botton of the print head, both color and black. Replace and print head and test print.
