You need to reset you account password Open website and click on "forgot password" then enter mobile number and get verification code and enter verification and get password reset link on you recovery id .

either the ebuddy server may be down or your internet connection may be slow

well i had ebuddy for iPhone and i can tell you it is rubbish as my didnt even log me in and it had many bugs, try this other things called 'fring' basically does the same things but i think it is alot more reliable, just type fring in the app store
