Question about HP PSC 1315 All-in-One Printer
I have a PSC 1315. I recently refilled the black ink cartridge. I did not realign the cartridge when I put it back in, but It still worked for a week. Then it started giving me a cartridge error message. It was also telling me that there was no ink in the black cartridge. I then replaced the color cartridge -- it was low anyway -- thinking that might jar it into working. Didn't work. I decided to go through cleaning the cartridges and tried to align them multiple times. In trying to do the alignment, I keep reaching a stage where I"m told to hit the "ok" button on my device -- I have no such button! I've turned it on and off, let it sit for a few days...all to no avail. Help!
The "ok" button is your "scan" button... had similiar printer, with similiar problems (PSC All-in-one)
