Cant send or recieve picture message without it saying configuration error

Your phone cannot receive picture messages or MMS if the GPRS setting is not configured properly. Call your network service provider and ask for the settings. They will send it to you and give you instructions and information in the use of the MMS service. Usually there is a load requirement in receiving and sending MMS if you are using a prepaid sim.

check the settings of your phone.the battery has no relation whether you cant receive messages or you cant send unless it is fully charge when you use it...what you will goin to do is to re-format your phone. .

you need to configure your MMS message settings from your service provider.

Hi.. seems to me that you have not recieved the settings for GPRS and MMS. please check with your provider to send you the settings.. once you recieve them activate them.

before receiving or sending picture messagers u must activate the MMS settings by requesting ur network provider only then u can send or receive picture msg 
if u hav a signal problem nothing can be done
a small suggetion is in stores they sell a external antenna try getting it and fix it 
tat helps in signal problem

go to applications and scroll down to orange and then scroll to get settings then when messages r recieved choose save or install

try send ytour self a picture message i would also talk to your service provider maby tou havent done your settings properly, hope this is some help to you! also some networks wont accept photo from other networks

Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!

Sounds like you dont have browser access. Picture messaging uses the data service from your mobile internet. If you are using an unlocked phone these settings will need to be configured for your browser and your picture messaging. Contact your carrier or the manufacturers website for these.
