when i insert a dvd or cd in my lap top i get no responds.the lights on the cd dvd driver blink a few times and i can hear it loadind but nothing shows up on the screen.and when i go to the dvd player short cut it brings up the dvd screen but it will not respond. the help sreeen tells me to find a driver icon on my dvd screen open this than type ifo in the program open slot and push return still nothing

see it is problem with your dvd drive try with dvd lens cleaner if still it is not working then show it to service personnel.

You may need to update the driver for your cd/dvd drive. Do this by pressing the windows key on your keyboard and pressing pause break, then click on device manager. Then open the entry for cd/dvd drive , then right click on it and click update driver.
