Cordless phone doesn't pick up

One of our cordless phones wil not allow us to pick up calls. We can call out with no problem, but although it rings when a call is coming in, it will not pick up the call. The other 3 cordless phones that are in the same network are working just fine.
My coreless phone is actually ythe 7151 model.

Wiz cordless in which you are facing problem check the live of that phone, or change the insturment, so that u come know whether there is problem in u r phone or cable
