Tricks on Building a Green PC

The consumption of energy is something that we are still concerned about the modern world. Personal computers should not be ignored with regard to the amount of energy, day after day. A typical<b> modern PC</b> can consume about 100W to 150W in use to a minimum and almost heavy. Rates for high performance gaming platform can be doubled.<br /> <br /> If your<b> computer</b> has been left all day, these figures may represent a substantial portion of the electricity bill, especially if you have an office full of computers.<br /> <br /> When building your own <b>computer (</b>s), you can take steps to make the machine more efficient. It is also noted that for his <b>PC green</b> you really have to take into account the amount of lead in computer parts. Lead solder is in place electronic components on a circuit. The components containing low levels of lead and other dangerous items have been baptized as "RoHS" compliant.<br /> <br /> There are three main factors of energy consumption of a PC.<br /> <br /> <b>Power Supply (PSU)</b><br /> <br /> The<b> PSU</b> would be ideal 100% efficient, ie the power that the consumer is equal to the power it delivers to the computer. It is obviously impossible and some power is converted into heat and noise, but modern PSUs are often greater than 80% efficiency.<br /> <br /> <b>PSU </b>should be able to provide power when needed, rather than sit at a computer burning electricity when the power is not needed.<br /> <br /> You can choose to secure the supply, which is higher than 80% more efficient, make sure that it is a "80 Plus" certification. It also ensures that power is lead free and RoHS-compliant.<br /> <br /> <b>Processor Unit (CPU)</b><br /> <br /> Number of available processors, which are designated as "green." They are usually slightly more expensive than their non-green, and even slower, but the performance difference is not huge. If you do not want to buy green, then stick with dual-core processors, and check the specifications for power, especially to a minimum.<br /> <br /> Of course, no need to install a standard computer processor. You can actually use a laptop processor, but it could be hunting around for a supplier. These processors are low power and the number of energy-saving features, such as green, but processors are slightly more expensive.<br /> <br /> <b>Monitor</b><br /> <br /> If you have an <b>old CRT monitor</b>, but much loved, you will use the PC's new green building, think again. This type of monitor you are hungry monsters that now drawing to a close. <b>Modern LCD</b> panels are more green, a lot of energy, and actually offer a better viewing experience to offer, you can choose the right type of panel.<br /> <br /> <br />

well to check that u need a fairly long trip and a full fuel tank because u know how many litres is ur tank so it become easy to work out , fomular is amount of kiloz trvelled and fuel used, and is calc on L/100km e.g 50l of fuel used over 700 km 50/700 x100km =7,143 so ur car is 7,143 pr 100km. the longer the kms the less l/KM , e.g 50L/900x 100km=5,556l consumption is 5,556L/100KM, hope this help

Do V-Twin exhausts help in reducing fuel consumption?

V-twin exhausts increase the power of your bike and so will use more fuel but it is the riding habits of the biker that affect the fuel saved on the motorcycle. The right motorcycle exhausts will use the right amount of fuel.

I have a built in single oven do i need to change the wire when i put in a double oven

In order to answer this question we need to see the power consumption that you will have.

So in general if you use just one of the 2 ovens at any given time (not parallel usage), no need to change it.
But if you plan to use them both in parallel, you have to check the power consumption.
See the table attached:

If you cave a cable of 0.2294 inc / 5.82676 mm (most usual case), this cable can carry up to 75Amp. So if you have a 110v power line, this is 75x110=8.2kw.
Check if the sum of your ovens are less than 8.2kw. If so, you are fine. If not, install a 2nd wire.

Feel free to ask more if you know exactly the power consumption of your ovens and the dimensions of your cable.

I need to know the circuit breaker fuse size for a flavel milano ML6CDS electric cooker and the cable rating

If your power suply is 240V and the power rating of the ovenis 9.9kw then the expected current consumption is 9900w/240v = 41.25A. Therefore this needs a 8mmsq cable or if not available in your area then use 10mmsq cable. And for the fuse or circuit breaker use 50A

My epson printer will not print after a new ink cartrae has been fitted

Is the Error LED -OFF

 No ink cartridge
When the printer detects that ink cartridge comes off, or failed to read or write CSIC data, it goes into this error mode.

The Print Head has the Electric Poles (CSIC Connectors) to store the ink consumption amount data into the CSIC chip mounted on the Ink Cartridge. By storing the ink consumption amount data, this printer can detect the ink consumption status, such as Ink Low/Out condition.

Either the connectors or the chip or even both is the problem. You can try trouble shooting both.

You can buy what you need if anything at this web site.

I didn't think the parts were to expensive.
Hope this helps.
