Homepage:,service type:,proxy1:,port:,domain1:, service type2:,proxy2:,port:,domain2:,DNS1:,DNS2:,time out:,CSD NO.1,user name1,password1,speed(bps)1:,line type1:.CSD NO.2:,user...

If this is someone else's web sight, Its either down or being blocked. If this is your web site
either its down or your DNS is not set up correctly. If run from a local server try
see if the web sight comes up or try to see if you can get it to work by typing in the actual
net address. If you think your computer is being blocked try getting to the site with an
anonymous proxy web sight like Anonymizer.

Why i diD n0T uSe thE fAcebook siTe????

Do you have any ad-Blockers? what is your firewall? any popup blockers?
you may need to allow the website through your firewall if its not windows firewall
if you have windows Firewall then an ad blocker/popup blocker is blocking it, allow through that or turn off your ad blocker/popup blocker
Q: why would an ad blocker/popup blocker block Facebook?
A: Facebook contains elements that are often identified as ads or popups, Most of the content are popups/ads, and as such since the entirety of Facebook runs off popups/ads, that is blocked as a result of being identified as unsafe, do not be surprised, some websites are blocked like this that are actually safe and are otherwise known as False Positives in terms of spyware, viruses, Potentially unsafe websites, etc
Q: Is there a solution? A: Yes, uninstall your popup/ad blocker IF you havent bought actually bought it and download and install Peerblock:
for your reference i have mine set to block: Anti-p2p Spyware Advertising
and if you use Google Chrome or something that uses Google Chrome Extensions, install this, it doesnt block Facebook, but blocks all ads and saves your download bandwidth, i cant recommend this extension highly enough :) :

My pop up is block and i can not play games it is telling me to click on the line on top of my browser their is no yellow line

  • you need to turn off the popup blocker. try icons across the top of the screen.
  • Also, try checking internet options for a popup blocker setting
  • Third, check your antivirus software, as some have a gaming mode. This will allow you to play games (thru the firewall) but safely while protecting the computer.

How do I install my Logitech webcam? My niece uses Yahoo Messenger, but when I tried to install it, my home page chanaged to Yahoo and numerous popups appear daily.

Let me explain the procedure on how to install the Webcam.

Procedure is same for all Brand Webcams.

First disconnect the Webcam from the Computer. Insert the Webcam driver disks and follow onscreen steps to complete the installtion.

In between the installtion, it will ask you to connect the Webcam. There you have to connect the Webcam, then small installtion will run and Cam will be ready to use.

If it won't ask you to connect the Webcam, then after completing the installtion you can connect the cam.

Comming to the Home page and POPups issue.

While installing the Webcam driver by following the onscreen steps, somewhere there will be checks for "Set Yahoo as home page" or "Install yahoo or Google tool bar etc" you have to uncheck all those kind of things while installing the driver software.

Anyhow, I will also provide steps on how to change the Internet explorer home page and Block POPups.

Here are the steps to change the Home page of Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internete explorer.

2. Click on Tools Menu--Internet Options.

3. Under Homepage, Enter the Website you want to set as default and press Enter (Eg:

4. Click Apply--ok

To block the POPUPs:

1. Open Internete explorer.

2. Click on Tools Menu--Internet Options.

3. Click on Privacy Tab

4. Check box for BLOCK POPUPS

5. Click Apply--Ok.

Hope that helps you!!
