Unit powers on but no display and no sound

It sounds like power supply problems which by design supply a multitude of what's called "secondary" voltages which are often different values...18volts, 24 volts, etc. A fuse blown on the primary side (or unit unplugged from wall outlet) kills ALL voltages where-as secondary voltages route through different circuits where some are obviously intact (unit still powering on) but other voltages have failed. It's repair shop time Robert.

GE Dryer model number dcvh515efww display not working

you could try removing the top of the unit, disconnect the display from the main wiring loom and reconnecting it, or try and buy a spare one and fit it.

While in route, if on major route, it switches to back and secondary roads. Even when I know it's a direct route, it doesn't want me on there

Check your map routing settings, if you have it as avoid major highways then it will avoid major roadways and take you on secondary roads.

Power but no display to unit

Not sure about the Neff brand, but in general you'd want to check for 110VAC power on the primary side of the low voltage transformer on the control panel / board. If that is present, check the secondary for voltage, about 12-30VAC. If the unit has a VFD type display, there will be a heater filament supply, usually around 2.5-6VAC. Also look for bad connecitons on the VFD. If those voltages are present, check connections on the board, look for bloated / bulging capacitors, shorted diodes, breaks in the board, etc. Also look for thermal cutouts and thermostats. If this doesn't fix it, can you take several photos of the inner parts and circuit boards?
