Question about Computers & Internet
I have a fully functioning webcam, and recently my computer had to be completely restored because the system crashed. So the computer lost everything, now i need to restore my webcam but i have lost the installation disc. I dont want to pay for a new webcam when i have one that works properly already, is there something i can download online to install it? Its a JPEG PC camera.
I'm afraid there's no such driver, but please take another look at you webcam closely and try to find any number, could be also a serial number. (On the bottom, top, left, right..) Or you can try to replug your webcam to your PC then maybe Windows can tell you what your device's brand is. (A popup will come and either it will show a name or show it as unidentified) You can also try to let Windows search the internet for the driver automaticly when you plug your webcam. Anyway, If you can give any details about the device, we can find a solution. Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
