What drivers are needed to work a canon imagerunner 2200?

I had to re-install windows on my computer, and I am unable to print from my computer. I tried installing the drivers from the canon website but I am still unable to print.

If you enter its IP address in a browser, do you get its Remote User Interface (RUI) page?

Could you print before reinstalling Windows? I assume you could in my answer below.
Try pinging the copier from your computer. Go to Start > Run > CMD > ping 192.168.0.5 - t
Replace 192.168.0.5 with the IP address of your copier.
Open the RUI as suggested above e.g. http://192.168.0.5
Can you use Canon Network ScanGear Tool? (Google it, it's freely available from Canon website and comes with user manual).
Make sure that your copier has the same IP range (first three numbers out of four for IP address are the same) as your computer and that the subnet mask's are the same e.g. 255.255.255.0.
Go into Additional Functions > System Settings > Network Settings > TCP/IP Settings > IP address to check these on the copier. Make sure DHCP is off (DHCP box should be filled with white, not filled in with black)
Where the network cable is plugged in can you see two lights coming out through holes? Move your head, they may not be immediately visible. If not then the network card isn't working.
Have you tried hooking up a laptop to the copier via crossover, changing IP address settings on both copier and laptop and seeing whether printing works that way.
Try turning off firewalls etc and see if printing works. If turning off firewall fixes it, turn it back on and add the copier's ip address as trusted.
Have you tried changing ethernet cable, seeing whether you can print from another computer on the network etc. If it works from another computer on the network you could share the printer or check how it's setup on that computer and copy the settings.
Set up the printer as a local printer. Set up a TCP/IP port with the IP address of the copier and use the PCL5e/PS drivers. If using PCL5e select print as image in the settings and if options installed are not immediately recognised press get device status, change settings as required. Set output paper size as A4, Legal or whatever you want not "Match Paper Size"
When you print check the copier to see if an error comes up or anything. If it comes up with an error to load paper select the paper tray you want and it should print.
If you couldn't print before reinstalling Windows do the following:
Press the counter check button. Near the bottom of what comes up you should see 2200(2200N). If you don't see the N then it's not networked properly.
Go into Service Mode (Additional Functions > 2,8 > Additional Functions). Go to Copier > Display > Version. Look at BOOT-ROM, it should have a N at the end of the number. There should be a number for PS/PCL. If there is no number for PS/PCL get a tech to come and reload firmware so you can print.
