If it will not drain it could be a bad lid switch. You can open the top control panel to access the lid switch connector. Disconnevt the wire harness and insert a wire jumper in the connector. Set the machine for spin and turn it on. It should drain then. If so, replace the lid switch.
If not,
The only way is to take a bucket and lay the drain hose in it. Most of the water will come out that way. The rest will havee to be hand bailed or use a shop vac.

Amana nfw7200tw will not run. all wash settings read 1 extra minute. Is this a code or something like that?

have you tried unplugging and resetting the computer, it seams hung in the last cycle, can you open the door and remove all inside, reset it again and try it, the washer sounds like it has water in it and needs to drain first,if it is full of water you have to drain it, by moving it and taken the drain hose off the pump,if that's the case i recommend flushing the inside with hot water and some bleach right through the front door or reservoir on top, after you get it emptied, the water sensor may be full of soap, by the way the soap your putting in this machine should only be about a 6th of a cup, I know it sound crazy but a half or a 3rd is to much, for the sensors, try this an get back to me,Matt

How do I check and replace the water level sensor on my Kenmore 80 Series Hvy Dty Washer?

Try eserviceinfo.com/index as per your 80 series. There are various downloads there that may help access the water level sensor which is most likely the problem.

The wash cycle works, but once it gets to the rinse/spin cycle, nothing happens. The washer is full of water and nothing is happenening, even when I try to make it work manually.

The pump is clogged. I take it this a front loader. Pull the bottom panel off (three screws on the bottom) You'll see the pump on the bottom right. Unscrew that clean out (It's going to get messy). You'll probable get a lot of stuff out of there, make sure there is nothing left INSIDE the pump. If the water can't drain the washer won't spin...good luck.

My whirlpool cabrio washer has ld code. have checked pump as well as inside the washer by taking basket out & nothing is plugged up. there was a small amount of water in drum when we removed basket....

Please see the following Whirlpool service manual for the Cabrio washer.

Ld flashes when the water level does not change after the drain pump is on.
• Is the drain hose or the drain pump clogged?
• Is the drain hose height greater than 96˝ ?
• Is the pump running? If not, see TEST #7.

Kenmore Oasis washer model 110.27032600; trapped hidden water

when you tipped the washer was the drain hose still attached? and if so was the drain hose elevated? most top load washers will have an amount of leftover water in the bottom of the tub. with the drain hose off and the washer tipped towards the rear you should lose any excess water. also try to open the top of the agitator to see if there is any water trapped there. hope this helps....

Washer wont fill up, keeps draining

If the cycle does not stop draining that is usually because of a faulty membrane switch that controls the water level in your appliance.
The faulty sensor cause the machine to think that there is still water inside, even when water has drained completely.

I have a Matsui MS160SLI dishwasher it keeps on draining and will not fill with water. I have tried everything in the manual but nothing works. Help.

Check if the floating sensor is stuck or faulty.
Some machine may use a membrane switch instead of a floater.

Fisher Paykel will not drain

I had the same problem. After cut the power off for at least 60 seconds and then back on, as the manual suggests, the problem remained. Therefore I started putting the clothes out and bailing the water out. Once the water was down about half way the pump started working. I suspect the sensor was "stuck". I cycled the washer without clothes and it worked fine. Still working after several loads of laundry. The water level sensor will probably need replacing sometime soon.

Water accumulates inside the washer

i guess you have washer drain pipe plumbed into a spigot on the sink trap. if so, when you empty sink, some of the water goes down the washer drain pipe and ends up filling your machine.
to cure, take the drain pipe as high up as possible under the sink in a swan neck and that should cure it. its a common problem
