Question about D-Link AirPlus DI-524 Wireless Router
My husband has a laptop which uses my router (D-Link DI-524) when he is at home and a wireless networking card (from Bell Mobility) when he is away from home.
We consistently get message about an invalid WEP/WPA key. How can I find out what this key is.and/or change/reset it? (I can't locate the manual for my router).
I am not a computer expert by any means, so simple, step-by-step instructions would be appreciated.
You need to open the router's admin page by opening your Internet Explorer. On the address bar type http://192.168.0.1 it will prompt you for username and password. By default the username is admin and the password is blank (no password). You can see the WEP or WPA key on the WIRELESS tab. Goodluck!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
